Welcome to Orchard Clinic
A specialist centre for the leg, foot & ankle conditions
Our team of foot doctors & specialists focuses on the treatment of the lower extremities specifically the foot & ankle.
Ranging from soft tissue conditions such as wound, ingrown toenail, plantar fasciitis, vascular or diabetic foot condition, to musculoskeletal issues such as flat foot, foot pain, walking or standing problems.
Our team of podiatrists, are internationally trained and certified clinical specialists who treat all types of foot and ankle pathology such as flat foot, sports injuries, children’s developmental abnormality, recurring bone, joint, muscle pain, wounds, skin and nail infection. We offer expert foot care advice and treatment solutions, as well as preventative measures to avoid the need for surgery.
While we offer holistic management to help you become pain-free, our extensive hospital-based training and experience will ensure that you receive prompt recognition and correct care for any hidden and serious lower limb conditions.
We are front-line healthcare specialists who work closely with doctors to pick up on lower limb conditions early and help patients maintain or seek appropriate treatment from these other medical specialists if needed.
Our orthopaedic doctors offer expert advice on foot & ankle surgery as well as using advance methods and technology for ideal clinical results.
A multitude of ailment on the foot could present itself from a sprain or fracture, or from an acute lower limb trauma to degenerative joint disease. In instances where rehabilitation methods are insufficient, corrective surgery is needed. With the use of advance technology and surgical methods such as minimally invasive procedures, patients will experience that surgery could often be painless with minimal down time.
Our vascular doctor specializes in lower limb vein and vascular issues from cosmetic concerns to high risk conditions.
Ugly legs caused by bad veins ?
Most people don’t know that vascular issues are extremely common and they often do not present symptoms until they are in advanced stages. Most vascular issues can be detected and prevented using inexpensive duplex ultrasound scanning by a vascular specialist doctor. Screening with a vascular doctor reduces your long term risk of needing amputations or major surgeries.
Our team of physiotherapists specialize in sports injuries and prevention, postural issues such as scoliosis, working adult postural issues, pediatric development and training, women’s health and post surgery rehabilitation care.
Whether you are a recreational or elite athlete, a good management of your sport injury is the key to a fast and full recovery.
Physiotherapists need to do more than just treat your sports injury. Besides focusing on the cause of the injury, the physiotherapist must also focus on the sport specific physical demands, skills and movement patterns that are needed for the athlete’s specific sport.
To enable the athlete to safely and fully return to training is essential to regain optimal strength, mobility, stability and coordination. Sports Physiotherapy will help to achieve these goals and to speed up recovery.
Throughout the process of rehabilitation, our specialists will constantly evaluate the patient’s progress and modify treatment and exercise program whenever needed.
